Titan Flooring Limited delivered a comprehensive flooring and tiling package for Deloitte's impressive new Manchester workplace at 100 Embankment.
Working across three floors, including the Ground Floor and Mezzanine areas, our £800,000 package incorporated a diverse range of finishes throughout the workspace, breakout, hospitality and circulation areas.
Our scope included ceramic floor and wall tiling, timber flooring, carpet, cork flooring, vinyl and engineered entrance matting, requiring careful coordination across multiple finishes and interfaces to achieve the high-quality detailing demanded by the scheme.
A standout feature of the project is the striking Spanish Steps centrepiece, where timber and tiled finishes combine with integrated lighting to create a dramatic connection between floors and a focal point for the workplace.
The completed interior combines contemporary open-plan working areas with collaborative spaces, breakout zones and hospitality areas. The extensive use of timber, soft flooring and feature tiling contributes to a warm, sophisticated environment while complementing BDP's wider interior design.
Completed in June 2024, the project demonstrates Titan Flooring's ability to deliver complex, multi-discipline flooring packages on high-specification commercial fit outs, bringing together numerous materials and finishes within a single coordinated installation.
