The development forms part of Manchester's continuing transformation, delivering contemporary city-centre living alongside carefully designed communal, leisure and social spaces. Titan's works included specialist floor preparation throughout both towers, providing the required substrates ahead of the installation of the final finishes. Within the residential areas, acoustic LVT flooring was installed extensively, combining a contemporary appearance with enhanced acoustic performance – an important consideration within high-density, multi-storey living.
A significant element of the package was the extensive amenity space fit-out, incorporating multiple specialist finishes across the development. These included gym flooring, ceramic tiling, carpet finishes and LVT, with each area requiring careful coordination to achieve a consistent, high-quality finish across the different spaces.
