Titan Interior Solutions provided 2,800 door sets — both internal and communal — to this flagship MODA project. Along with ironmongery, skirting, window boards, temporary fire doors and hoardings, pipe boxings and timber upstands to all 4 apartment blocks, which comprised 3 six-storey street blocks and a main tower standing at 34 storeys.
Drylining works included partitions and MF ceilings as well as soffit insulation to basement areas. Our work on the project also involved decorative recessed ceiling details for lighting features and included works to penthouses and the sky lounge area.
The total joinery contract was £1.90m and the ceilings and partitions contract was £5.1m, demonstrating our capability across multiple trades on a single landmark project.
