A set of 54 luxurious apartments is located in the heart of central London, providing top-tier living with meticulously designed details. The Molecular Sciences project, valued at £56 million and spearheaded by Morgan Sindall, is set to become a central hub for the University’s Schools of Chemistry and Geography, Earth, and Environmental Sciences (GEES). This state-of-the-art building is designed to enhance core research capabilities in chemistry, environmental studies, and biomolecular sciences, providing an ideal setting for conducting top-tier research and education.

The Monk Bridge development, undertaken on behalf of Highline Investments, consists of 665 homes and is situated in the heart of Leeds city centre. This ambitious project involves the construction of five new blocks, ranging from 12 to 22 storeys in height. The development offers accommodation through a private rental scheme, featuring one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Galliford Try, with a Main Contract Value of £105 million, commenced construction in September 2020, aiming to revitalize the urban landscape and provide high-quality living spaces in Leeds.
