Mulberry Academy is a new secondary school located in the heart of Tower Hamlets, London. The project delivers first-class facilities including modern science labs, a multi-use sports hall and extended outdoor learning areas, all designed to benefit generations of students. As one of the first Passivhaus secondary schools in London, the building exemplifies cutting-edge energy efficiency and performance.
Delivered for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets by main contractor Kier Construction, Titan Interior Solutions was responsible for the drylining, suspended ceilings, acoustic panels & rafts, and specialist timber panelling and carpentry packages. This included the supply and installation of partitions, wall linings, timber and MF ceilings, and column encasements throughout the building.
The carpentry package involved the installation of doorsets, ironmongery and timber screens, along with the supply and install of skirting, window boards and reception desks. Working closely with sister company Titan Flooring, the flooring package — covering all vinyl and carpet tiles, sports flooring and sub-floor preparation — was delivered seamlessly across all trades.
