Another landmark project completed by the Titan Flooring Limited team, Arena Point, Leeds, delivered for RG Group.
Standing at 45 storeys and 135 metres, Arena Point is officially the world’s tallest solely purpose-built student accommodation building and a fantastic addition to the Leeds skyline.
Our package included Acoustic LVT throughout the apartments, extensive specialist floor preparation and build-ups, door levelling to meet fire compliance requirements, together with finishes across the amenity and bar areas, gym flooring and tiling.
A technically demanding project with plenty of challenges that required close coordination throughout.
