Titan Flooring Limited has completed its flooring package at One Clapham Junction on Burridge Gardens, London.
This is the regeneration of Peabody's St John's Hill estate, where the original 1930s homes had long stopped meeting modern living standards. After extensive consultation with residents, the 351 original homes were replaced with 658 new ones, half of them affordable, alongside new community and commercial spaces, and far more energy-efficient homes.
Our phase comprised three buildings rising from four to twelve storeys, with 307 apartments across a mix of one to four-bedroom homes. Throughout the scheme we laid broadloom carpet on underlay, parquet LVT and laminate in the apartments, with a mix of LVT and carpet to the corridors and lobbies, totalling 20,000m² of flooring.
