Emmanuel Otu acted quickly after witnessing site operatives tripping over protruding threaded rods. He submitted a RONM immediately and contacted TIS Site Manager, Andrei Mihalcea, who arranged for their prompt removal. Emmanuel’s proactive response helped prevent a potential incident. 🔹 Manchester – MCFC Hotel Project
Vaidas Lementauskas has submitted approximately 40 reports since the start of the project. His observations have covered a wide range of issues including electrical hazards, poor housekeeping, and access risks — making him a key driver of the project team’s strong safety culture.
