ResidentialFollowing the division of the entire floor by Chartwell, the Horbury Group undertook works to install internal dividing walls, plastering and ornate coving works, full bespoke joinery installations such as made to measure kitchens, individually designed bedroom furniture, internal timber and veneered doors and frames, glass doors to en suite rooms, hardwood internal flooring and skirting boards. The project used high specification finishes throughout such as Wenge hardwoods for the kitchen and bedroom furniture; all which had internal LED P.I.R operated lighting along with Wenge and stainless steel inlaid internal doors with high specification ironmongery.

During the site phase of the works Horbury Group liaised closely with the building owners who had a dedicated programme for the use of site hoists and loading bays, coordinated with other projects in the development. One of the most challenging aspect of the works was logistics. Much of the specialist joinery was manufactured in our Wetherby workshop, and the client dictated other products he had sourced from around the world, all of which had to be delivered to Monaco on a “Just in time basis”.
