Broad Street, also known as The Mercian, is a flagship project in the heart of Birmingham, which stands 42 storeys tall and is currently Birmingham's tallest residential building. In total, the development consists of 481 apartments, communal spaces, resident lounges, indoor and outdoor dining clubs and a rooftop terrace.

Titan Interior Solutions and Horbury Joinery were appointed to deliver the partitions and MF plasterboard ceilings and general joinery works to all apartments and corridors.

In addition to the joinery fitout to the apartments, Horbury Joinery supplied and installed wall panelling to the 60,000sq ft podium area, main entrance and lift lobbies.

A very challenging project undertaken through the pandemic, which still completed on time to the highest standard.
