Public BuildingsSpecialising in Partitions, Ceilings, Joinery, Soft Flooring and Acoustic Linings, they were responsible for works throughout the Library and the REP Theatre, valuing in excess of £7m. Horbury Building Systems installed over 30,000m2 of Partitions adhering to 30 different specifications. Titan Interior Solutions installed intricate ceiling systems including bespoke Aluminium Open Cell, Metal Pan, Timber Slat, MF and Lay in Grid systems making up 18,000m2 throughout 12 floors. MWS Joinery installed approximately 700 door sets which incorporated a frameless surround, flush finish detail. Additional items were installed such as access control to doors, raised flooring, carpets, kitchens, theatre wall panelling and bespoke gate doors manufactured in their own workshops.

By liaising closely with Birmingham City Council’s employment teams The Horbury Group were able to source and employ more than 20 local operatives and apprentices. Many of whom went on to complete NVQs and are still employed today.
