Southbank B3 is part of a major development to revitalise the area around the landmark Shell Centre, named Southbank Place. The building consists of 302 residential units across 29 storeys with a combination of PRS, affordable and assisted living apartments.

Horbury Building Systems Ltd were responsible for supply and installation of the drylining works which consisted of partitions, ceilings, tape and jointing, mist coat, SAS corridor ceilings and prefabricated Coffer ceilings to reception areas and communal corridors.

Horbury Joinery Ltd carried out the second fix joinery works consisting of doors, skirts, and architraves, along with the following:

  • Italian wardrobes
  • Luconi winter garden glass sliding screens
  • Communal timber panelling to corridors and lift fronts
  • Bathroom vanity cabinets and shower screens
  • Corium worktops
  • Bespoke TV units
  • Bespoke desks in reception and lounge areas
  • Bespoke 7 metre glass fins to form a feature wall in the reception area
  • Fire rated entrance lobby screens
  • Luxury post boxes which were integrated into the drylining work
