This prestigious development of land adjacent to the Armouries Museum in Leeds comprises residential units and offices.
The first two blocks involved Horbury Building Systems Ltd in Metsec structural walling, drylining and ceilings to four hundred apartments and communal areas. MWS Joinery Ltd installed all joinery, fixtures and fittings.
Forthcoming projects on this site will involve hotel and office development. The Horbury Group are currently value engineering these in conjunction with Shepherd Construction. Total scheme value will be in circulation of £8.0m.
