Full electrical services installation comprising of the refurbishment of Layola and Hopkins buildings reconfigured and upgraded to meet aspirations for a modern facility.
High quality finishes have been employed throughout the construction of the project. The electrical services installed comprise of the following:
• Stripping out of redundant installation
• LV service intake cabling
• LV switchgear and cabling
• Lighting and small power to all internal areas
• Emergency lighting system
• Fire alarm system
• Telecoms containment system
• LV sub-circuit wiring system
• TV aerial and satellite installations
• Lightning protection system
• Electrical services associated with the mechanical services
• Access control system
• Sub-metering to all LV distribution boards
• Demonstration of electrical services
• Provision of ‘As Installed Drawings and Operation/Maintenance Manuals'
• Testing and commission
