Horbury Group

The site was a derelict area previously used for housing, therefore numerous cellars and obstructions were encountered. The construction is traditional load bearing brickwork with insitu concrete ground floors and Pre-cast and screeded first floors. Concrete stairs were also introduced to enhance the acoustic separation between apartments.

Brickwork and external finishes were chosen to match and compliment surrounding properties, and to provide easy future maintenance. UPVC windows and external doors were used throughout and one piece canopies provided over entrance doorways.

All apartments have fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms.

Adjacent off road car parking and refuse storage are incorporated into the design along with cycle stand provision.
