This development of 6 apartments in a town house style is on a sloping site which was interlaced with existing cellars and previous foundations. The site is in a residential area and the works were carried as sensitively as possible to avoid disruption to local residents.
The construction is traditional with load bearing brickwork and timber floors. Fully fitted bathrooms and kitchens are incorporated. All products were chosen to achieve high standards of both thermal and acoustic insulation and for ease of future maintenance.
