Horbury Group

A design and build development of 6 large high quality apartments in a sensitive, prominent area. All construction is covered by NHBC warranties, and the design was developed to incorporate mature protected trees within the grounds.

Foundations for the building were redesigned as the project developed to accommodate both a well and underground water storage tank. The structure consists of load bearing masonry and p.c. concrete floors to assist with achieving high levels of acoustic compliance. The external elevations are a mix of natural stone and through colour render.

Each apartment incorporates fully fitted kitchen and fully fitted and tiled bathrooms and en-suites. Each apartment also enjoys a large balcony or patio with stainless steel and glass balustrade. T.V. and telephone provision is pre installed together with video access control to individual apartments.

Parking for each apartment has been accommodated within the scheme.
