Introducing this years entries into the FIS Awards:

Marylebone Square, London

A set of 54 luxurious apartments is located in the heart of central London, providing top-tier living with meticulously designed details. An exclusive central courtyard serves as the unique entrance for all apartments, filled with abundant natural light. These residences boast premium dry lining materials from CCF, and their meticulous finish includes gracefully curved GRG bespoke bulkheads and integrated doors. At the heart of the courtyard stands a six-story rendered green wall, complemented by specialist plastered ceilings.

Molecular Sciences Building, Birmingham

The Molecular Sciences project, valued at £56 million and spearheaded by Morgan Sindall, is set to become a central hub for the University’s Schools of Chemistry and Geography, Earth, and Environmental Sciences (GEES). This state-of-the-art building is designed to enhance core research capabilities in chemistry, environmental studies, and biomolecular sciences, providing an ideal setting for conducting top-tier research and education.

Featuring cutting-edge laboratory spaces alongside modern office areas, the Molecular Sciences facility will offer a comprehensive infrastructure to support groundbreaking scientific endeavours and foster collaboration across various disciplines

Monk Bridge, Leeds

The Monk Bridge development, undertaken on behalf of Highline Investments, consists of 665 homes and is situated in the heart of Leeds city centre. This ambitious project involves the construction of five new blocks, ranging from 12 to 22 storeys in height. The development offers accommodation through a private rental scheme, featuring one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Galliford Try, with a Main Contract Value of £105 million, commenced construction in September 2020, aiming to revitalize the urban landscape and provide high-quality living spaces in Leeds.
