The Crowne Plaza Hotel, located at Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre, is one of the newest additions to this prestigious hotel chain. It provides four star accommodation in refreshing, contemporary surroundings and has 250 bedrooms on five floors.
For a project where quality and looks are of paramount importance, the main contractors chose the Horbury Group to undertake the complete fit-out for the hotel. This involved structural fire protection, partitioning, dry lining, joinery and the construction of suspended ceilings.
Specification for the project required very high levels of acoustic performance, together with demanding dimensional tolerances.
