A three phase project constructing two student accommodation buildings.
Drylining, partitioning, plastering, suspended ceilings and fire protection were carried out by Horbury Building Systems Ltd, Horbury Fire Protection Ltd and Titan Ceilings Ltd.
The project comprised of two student accommodation buildings, 13 storeys and 11 storeys respectively, which were carried out in three phases with very tight time deadlines.
The site is located at the side of Liverpool's main railway station making the site logistics very difficult but were overcome to deliver the project deadline.
