Contemporary accommodation comprising 430 bedrooms for Leeds University students.
Drylining, partitioning, plastering, suspended ceilings and fire protection were carried out by Horbury Building Systems Ltd, Horbury Fire Protection Ltd and Titan Ceilings Ltd.
The project consisted of an 11 storey student accommodation building comprising 430 bedrooms. The site boundaries were extremely limited which made the material preloading and distribution vital to the success of the project development.
