Electrical services installation to purpose built three storey 2,300 sq m nett office building in Rotherham. Consisting of full design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and setting to work of the installations described herein.

In addition to the above it was also necessary to work closely with the client to design the lighting within the reception area, for this high powered LED fully programmable scene set lighting was installed to the custom made glazed screens, LED spotlights to highlight the formed ceiling and low energy down lighters for general task lighting. Also within the reception area power, data, CCTV and audio visual requirements were installed to the precise locations of equipment located on the bespoke reception desk. Within the reception desk frontage blue LED lighting has been installed to complement the blue back lit glazed screens allowing the design uniformity to flow through the entire reception area. Lighting control is fully compliant with Part L2 of the Building Regulations employing a combination of PIR occupation sensors and localised switching.
External lighting is fully controllable by photocell and time clock arrangement, the rear of the building is illuminated by high powered ground mounted flood lighting with blue effect lamp to highlight the architectural features of the building.
Toilet areas utilise a combination of LED mirror lighting and low energy general lighting controlled by occupation sensors, along with polished chrome accessories and hand dryers throughout to further add to the quality feel of the installation and building finishes.
Small power and data distribution throughout the offices is taken care of by the three compartment floor boxes which have been positioned to suit the furniture layout, this product offers endless flexibility for possible future alterations and additions thanks to the plug in bus bar system located beneath the raised access flooring.
Security and CCTV installations have been custom designed to operator's requirements, with the option of remote viewing, on screen PC viewing, multi picture within picture view and off site monitoring service.
